Tell us when your trial started or when you were charged, and anything else that helps — another email you might have used, the name on the card, the amount on your statement. Our team looks for it by hand within 24 hours and confirms by email.

We never ask for your full card number. The email address you paid with and the last 4 digits are how we find your subscription.

Cancelling stops all future charges. Deleting the app or removing your payment method does not cancel a subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends or before your next renewal date.

Payments already made are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions bought inside the app through Apple must be cancelled in your Apple account instead.
